Return Policies


  • Contact within 14 days of delivery.

  • Leave your name, order number, and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed and will be given further instructions for your return.

  • Ship items back via USPS Priority Mail after the return is accepted. Must provide tracking information. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Once return is received and approved, a notification will be send that your refund has been processed and you will see that reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

  • Items must still have original packaging where applicable.
