Meet the Artist

Gasinee (gay-si-nee) produces one-of-a-kind pieces influenced by the American Southwest, nature, and geometry. She uses traditional silversmithing techniques while working with semi-precious stones, sterling silver, brass, copper, and upcycled materials. She donates a portion of her sales to local charities that stand for food sovereignty and social and environmental justice.

She is Thai American, born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. In 2012, after studying architecture and art studio in college, she decided to put school on hold and moved to Santa Fe to learn other art forms. She worked with artists of different mediums and apprenticed with a silversmith. She immediately fell in love with metalsmithing and began building her jewelry business soon after.

Gasinee moved to Minnesota with her partner in 2016, where they're cultivating a homestead and small organic farm. She designs and creates jewelry in her home studio with her studio helper Momo, a rescue kitty. She enjoys experimenting and evolving her signature style and hopes her jewelry brings joy and confidence to those who wear her jewelry.
