Policies

SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days and sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Orders are sent out Monday - Friday.

  • Your package should arrive within 5-7 days. For made to order items please allow an additional 5-7 days to processing time.

  • Shipping may vary in time during peak seasons (i.e Christmas). Orders of $50 or more, will receive free domestic First Class Domestic Shipping (US residents only).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping costs and arrival times vary depending on which option is chosen at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

RETURN POLICIES

  • Contact within 14 days of delivery.

  • Leave your name, order number, and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed and will be given further instructions for your return.

  • Ship items back via USPS Priority Mail after the return is accepted. Must provide tracking information.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once return is received and approved, a notification will be send that your refund has been processed and you will see that reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

  • Items must still have original packaging where applicable.

  • Custom, personalized orders, or one of a kind items

  • Items on clearance or sale
